Roxio advertises that the product works with hundreds of phones, and my phone, a Nokia 6030, was (and still is) on their list. After buying the product and attempting to use it, I discovered that it does not work for my phone. Xingtone then admitted that there was a problem with it, but has made no effort to fix the problem or change the list of supported phones on their website. Not good.

This program is top notch for it's price. Although, it wasn't what I thought it would be. You do have to have basically premake any audio file before you import it into the program. So, you have to create the audio bit in which you would like to use in a separate spot. I cannot stress more to make sure you can access the internet through your phone. I didn't know you actually just upload the ringtone, then you download it from your phone. I was under the impression that it is just sent to your phone. I have an older phone that doesn't let me do that. Also, the purchase of this product only allows you to send ringtones to one phone. Before you enter in the product cold, you may purchase additional licenses for a lesser price, but you should decide that all before hand as the first purchase is always more. You can change the phone number you've registered your license to, but it's more hastle than it's worth. You have to email technical support to have them change the registered phone number.
